PRStudio is a boutique agency founded in 2003 by Amy Brownstein, a veteran publicity strategy guru. Clients seek out Brownstein and her firm for her passion, as well as her intuitive and forward-thinking approach to Public Relations. The firm’s expansive roster of high-level clients, across, talent, brands and corporate, combined with deep industry contacts and media relationships that span almost 30 years means an answer is usually only one text away. As a result, her campaigns for her clients are exciting, provocative, future thinking, and elegantly executed to subtly yet impactfully to increase their influence on the world stage.  

 A little about Amy Brownstein:

Brownstein spent ten years in Los Angeles in the 90’s working at top publicity firms doing traditional public relations and media marketing campaigns for some of the most famous actors and filmmakers in the world, all while laying the foundation for the next generation of talent.

In the early 2000’s she then beamed straight into the newly formed intersection of digital media, emerging technology, and streaming entertainment content (theater/tv/film) during the rise of Silicon Alley in New York. Seeing a need to find a bridge between industries, she then combined her veteran experience of working with award-winning talent, sports figures, authors, experts, and lifestyle gurus to achieve success with the new creative disrupters and start-ups in tech and advocacy which drove her to form her own Public Relations firm in 2003.

Armed with moxie and a deep Rolodex of influential journalists, she became a valued connector and media guru who turned her business into a boutique and prestigious talent and media PR Studio (hence the name) that quickly bridged the industries. Her unique and distinctive voice was a welcome addition to the field, and she quickly found her flow through the one resounding commonality between all - helping others find their voice. With that, the firm’s campaigns for its clients are individual, carefully curated, and strategically paved with well-placed media opportunities sprinkled across multiple verticals aimed to elevate a client’s overall brand visibility and their position on the world’s stage. From trade to mass consumer to niche, digital and social media, Brownstein and her team have the experience and knowledge to lead any company or talent into the future.

As a boutique agency, they selectively represent and provide services to award-winning entertainment talent, advancing careers with campaigns that have scored TONY, Oscar, Emmy, Golden Globe, ALMA, IMAGEN, NAACP Image Awards, Peabody, Grammy and SAG nominations and wins as well working with as corporate and non-profit clients who hire her to build out their internal and external communications strategies, spearhead LGBTQIA+ campaigns, and provide both celebrity-driven campaigns and consumer-facing thought leader-based advocacy work.
